Overview
This privacy policy applies to the NoteWise Journal app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by BEDGROVE FISH & GRILL LTD (collectively, the “Application”). BEDGROVE FISH & GRILL LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
Information the Application obtains
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting sylvie02lancaster@gmail.com.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information collected through normal use because it does not collect such information. Any information you voluntarily send directly to the Service Provider may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests. When it is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by emailing sylvie02lancaster@gmail.com. The Service Provider will process valid deletion requests in accordance with applicable law, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means by a child, parental or guardian consent must be provided where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure, however, and the Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it holds.
Data breach notification
If a breach occurs involving any personal information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version with a new effective date, and consent will be sought where required by law. Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider at sylvie02lancaster@gmail.com.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information and processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Contact us
If you have questions about privacy or the Application’s practices, contact the Service Provider at sylvie02lancaster@gmail.com.
Effective date
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 8 October 2026.
